• Ground Zero Godzilla
  Obviously essential for any film scholar interested in post-war nuclear holocaust allegory. Warning: this site makes gratuitous use of giant graphics and frames, so if you don't have a fast connection, you may be waiting for a while to see all your favorite giant monsters.

• Godzilla, the US Version
  Official corporate page for the US version of Godzilla. I doubt anyone could top Toho's 1954 masterpiece, but you know those uppity United Staters. Always trying to steal ideas from other countries and sell 'em cheap.

• EX: The Online World of Anime and Manga
  A cyberzine devoted to Japanese animated movies/video/TV and comic books. I wish there were an all-mecha zine online. Sigh.

• Bigfire Anime
  In spite of a resounding lack of horror and mecha, I had to put this one in here. Why? They boast a huge "hentai archive." Anyone who advertises that gets my badge of approval any day of the week.

• Something Weird Video
  Exploitation films galore, featuring extensive collection of Doris Wishman, Coffin Joe, Ed Wood, others. Endorsed by Frank Henenlotter, King of Exploitation and one of the most brilliant horror directors at work in the US today.

• The Pam Grier Experience
  This queen of the blaxploitation flick is tough, sexy, and knows how to shoot a gun!

• Picture Palace
  Your source for news and trivia about cheesy, independent, and alternative media. An ecclectic collection, which I can't entirely figure out (but in a good way). Also features information on how to buy many hard-to-find titles.

  They'll kick your ass!

• Xena, Warrior Princess
  The official home page of the coolest show on Earth. Xena makes me glad to be a woman, and given the lack of tough female icons out there, that means a hell of a lot to me.

• People Magazine
  Everybody wants some tabloid once in a while. If you want pop culture, you can't get much cheesier than this. Weekly coverage of celebrities and their tribulations

• Alien Abduction Home Page
