    Sorry, but I don’t think HP can even make it on the list. They have to compete with companies and organizations who spied on thousands of people — or who released the private data of millions. The only reason why anyone is paying attention to the HP scandal at all is because rich, powerful board members were the victims of spying. I doubt the incident would have raised any eyebrows at all if the company had been spying on the phone records of its employees.
